Program Assistant – Accounting

About the Role

As a Program Assistant in our Accounting program, you'll provide essential operational and administrative support to help our Accounting labs and coursework run smoothly. Working alongside faculty, students, and staff, you'll contribute to creating an effective learning environment where students build practical accounting skills and professional competency.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of accounting software and lab equipment
• Support students with technical and procedural questions related to accounting coursework and laboratory activities
• Help coordinate scheduling, materials, and resources for accounting classes and labs
• Maintain inventory and track supplies needed for program operations
• Communicate between faculty, students, and IT support to resolve issues efficiently
• Contribute to a welcoming environment that promotes student engagement and success
