PRN or Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, wound care, catheter management, and medication support
• Document patient observations and communicate with care plans and supervising nurses
• Support patients with activities of daily living and mobility assistance
• Maintain a clean and safe home care environment
• Build trust with patients and families through compassionate, consistent care
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

What We're Looking For

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Mississippi
• Professional experience in direct patient care, preferably in home health or skilled nursing
• Strong communication skills and ability to document care accurately
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
• Commitment to patient dignity, safety, and quality outcomes
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule responsibly
