What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough property inspections and vacancy assessments at residential locations
• Document property conditions, observations, and findings with accuracy and completeness
• Schedule and coordinate inspection appointments with homeowners and clients
• Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and property managers throughout the inspection process
• Maintain detailed records and photographs for each property assessment
