About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge electronics while transforming retail environments. You'll visit multiple stores across the San Jose area, executing installation projects that bring brands to life and enhance how customers discover products in-store.
What You'll Do
- Travel to retail store locations to complete display installation and merchandising projects
- Design, build, and install electronics product displays tailored to store layouts and brand specifications
- Set up signage, point-of-sale materials, and promotional displays according to guidelines
- Ensure all displays meet quality standards and retail expectations
- Collaborate with store staff to coordinate timing and minimize operational disruption
- Track project completion and maintain documentation of installations
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve to adapt display designs based on physical store constraints
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits efficiently
- Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and assemble display components
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality installation work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with store teams
- Reliable transportation for travel between retail locations
- Flexibility to work in diverse retail environments
- Prior experience in retail, merchandising, display installation, or construction preferred
