What You'll Do

• Perform general maintenance tasks including minor repairs, inspections, and preventative upkeep of guest rooms and common areas
• Clean and sanitize public spaces, lobbies, hallways, and amenity areas to maintain hospitality standards
• Prepare guest rooms for housekeeping, including changing linens, restocking supplies, and addressing maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests and report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
• Assist housekeeping and front-desk teams with ad-hoc support during peak operational periods
• Operate and maintain property equipment safely and effectively
• Follow all safety protocols, sanitation standards, and company procedures
