Maintenance Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians; schedule work assignments and coordinate daily operations
• Perform and oversee repairs to apartment units, common areas, and building systems
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure proper function and code compliance
• Respond to and prioritize maintenance requests, including emergency repairs
• Track maintenance activities, document repairs, and maintain detailed records
• Order materials and equipment; monitor maintenance budgets and spending
• Ensure all maintenance work meets company standards and safety protocols
• Communicate regularly with residents and management regarding maintenance status

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in apartment, multifamily, or property maintenance
• Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general building repairs
• Strong ability to train, supervise, and motivate maintenance teams
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to service multiple locations
• Willingness to respond to urgent maintenance needs
