Cornerstone Caregiving is hiring a part-time Home Health Aide in Middleborough, Plymouth County to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in the Hyde Park area. Join our team and make a direct impact on the lives of the families we serve.

About the Role

This is a flexible, part-time Home Health Aide position featuring evening shifts from 4 PM to 9 PM. You'll have the opportunity to work with a single client to build a consistent, trusting relationship, or expand your schedule by supporting multiple clients in nearby areas. Your commitment starts with every Friday, with potential additional shifts on Wednesday and Saturday based on client needs.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support clients with hygiene, mobility, and household tasks
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment in clients' homes and care facilities
• Communicate regularly with clients' families and our care coordination team
• Respond attentively to client needs and report concerns promptly
• Work evening hours with scheduling flexibility that accommodates your availability
