Energy Manager, Power Supply

Meta is hiring an Energy Manager for Power Supply at our Concord, Merrimack County facility. This full-time role reports to the Energy leadership team and focuses on optimizing power infrastructure, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring our data centers operate with maximum reliability and efficiency.

About the Role

As Energy Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of our power supply operations. You'll work across procurement, facility engineering, and infrastructure teams to architect energy solutions that scale with business growth while reducing costs and environmental impact. This is a hands-on position requiring both strategic thinking and direct vendor management.

What You'll Do

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with power utilities, suppliers, and service providers to secure reliable, cost-competitive energy
• Monitor power consumption, identify efficiency opportunities, and lead initiatives to reduce our energy footprint
• Develop capacity planning forecasts that align energy procurement with facility growth and operational demand
• Manage energy budgets, track spending against targets, and present financial performance to leadership
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal energy regulations and sustainability standards
• Collaborate with facilities and operations teams to troubleshoot power issues and improve system resilience
• Evaluate emerging technologies and practices that support our sustainability commitments

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial energy management, utilities procurement, or data center power operations
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of securing favorable contracts
• Understanding of electrical systems, power infrastructure, and energy efficiency principles
• Ability to analyze complex data, model scenarios, and make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Located in or willing to relocate to Concord, Merrimack County
