About the Role
UIC Nappairit, LLC is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site and off-site construction operations for civil and vertical structures. You'll be the driving force behind successful project delivery, from initial mobilization through final demobilization, while overseeing camp operations and coordinating with multiple work crews and subcontractors.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and direct UIC work crews and subcontractors across all construction phases, both on-site and at remote locations
- Manage camp operations and ensure all personnel have the resources and safety infrastructure needed
- Oversee contract and warranty work to guarantee compliance with specifications and client requirements
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all work activities
- Coordinate project mobilization and demobilization logistics and scheduling
- Monitor progress, solve problems in real time, and maintain clear communication with teams and management
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on civil or vertical construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors
- Deep knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage contract administration and warranty work requirements
- Proficiency in construction planning, scheduling, and project logistics
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site in Edgewood and surrounding areas
