NAES is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead equipment and facility operations at our Lordstown Energy Center in Warren, Trumbull County. This full-time position oversees maintenance and reliability at a modern power generation facility serving the regional electrical grid.
About the Role
As Maintenance Manager, you'll direct and coordinate all maintenance activities at our energy production facility. This leadership role requires strategic planning, hands-on oversight of maintenance teams, and unwavering commitment to safety, equipment reliability, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee maintenance of turbine systems, generators, heat recovery equipment, and supporting systems
- Ensure facility compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and equipment procurement
- Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and support staff
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and monitor performance indicators
- Collaborate with plant operations and engineering personnel
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing maintenance operations at industrial or power generation facilities
- Hands-on knowledge of turbine systems, generators, and power plant equipment
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and facility compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
