Program Implementation Manager, Clinical Studies

The American Heart Association is seeking a full-time Program Implementation Manager for Clinical Studies in University Park, Dallas. About the Role

As Program Implementation Manager for Clinical Studies, you will oversee day-to-day operations of clinical research programs, ensuring timely delivery of study protocols and research objectives. This position bridges program management and clinical research, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution to advance cardiovascular science.

What You'll Do

• Direct implementation of clinical study protocols and research timelines from concept through completion
• Coordinate with researchers, clinicians, participants, and administrative teams to support study success
• Monitor program progress, budgets, and resource allocation while maintaining research compliance standards
• Manage study documentation, regulatory submissions, and institutional requirements for clinical research
• Serve as primary liaison between study participants, institutional partners, and research leadership
• Develop and refine program processes to enhance efficiency and data quality
• Track key milestones and metrics to evaluate program outcomes and identify improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related field
• Proven experience managing clinical studies, research programs, or healthcare operations
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
