As a PRN Research Assistant at Pharmaron's Baltimore facility, you'll play an essential part in our clinical research operations. This non-exempt position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. You'll work in a collaborative setting where attention to detail and dedication make an immediate difference in our research initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support clinical research protocols and study activities under supervision
- Assist with participant coordination and communication
- Maintain accurate and detailed research documentation and records
- Help prepare materials and equipment for study procedures
- Support data collection and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with research team members to ensure study integrity and success
