Imprint is seeking an experienced Partner Lead to join our team in New York City. In this full-time role, you will drive strategic partnerships and business development opportunities with leading brands as we expand our modern credit and loyalty platform across the United States.
About the Role
As Partner Lead at Imprint, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and cultivating partnerships with major brands and retailers. You'll work closely with established partners like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to expand our co-branded credit card offerings and loyalty programs that drive customer lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Source and qualify new partnership opportunities aligned with Imprint's growth strategy
- Manage end-to-end partnership negotiations, from initial outreach through contract execution
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing partner companies
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful program launches and optimization
- Monitor partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive expansion initiatives
- Represent Imprint professionally at industry events and partnership discussions
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record identifying and closing significant business partnerships
- Experience in financial services, loyalty programs, retail, or related B2B partnership environments
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with C-level and senior executives
- Strategic mindset with ability to align partner objectives with Imprint's business goals
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
