About the Role
As a Group Products Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our group insurance offerings and the agents and clients who rely on them. You'll apply deep product knowledge, sharp communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to help customers select and understand the right group coverage for their unique needs.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain expertise in our group insurance products and their applications across diverse client industries and sizes
- Support agents and brokers by providing accurate, clear guidance on coverage options, benefits, eligibility, and underwriting criteria
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and a commitment to solving their coverage challenges
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate seamless delivery and implementation of group insurance solutions
- Develop and refine product materials, collateral, and client-facing documentation
- Stay current with regulatory updates and industry trends affecting group insurance
