Join ANTS Sports as an Assistant Site Lead for our after-school athletic program in San Francisco. This part-time, school-year position offers the opportunity to support youth athletic development and program operations at a San Francisco school location near the Sunset area, running from August 17, 2026 through June 2, 2027.
About the Role
As Assistant Site Lead, you'll co-direct daily operations of our after-school athletic program, supporting program quality, participant engagement, and site-level coordination. This position combines after-school program leadership with recess-period coaching responsibilities and administrative planning time.
What You'll Do
- Lead after-school athletic sessions Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:45 PM to 5:00 PM
- Direct Wednesday after-school programming from 12:35 PM to 5:00 PM
- Conduct recess coaching (approximately 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, four days per week, based on site assignment)
- Participate in scheduled weekly administrative and preparation time for program planning, curriculum development, and team communication
- Support youth athletic skill-building and positive program culture in a school-based setting
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated commitment to youth athletics and after-school program excellence
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to engage and support students across varying skill levels and backgrounds
- Flexibility and dependability to manage a school-year schedule with mixed time slots
- Experience in youth sports, coaching, program leadership, or educational settings preferred
