About the Role

As an onsite school Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist, you'll work directly with students, families, and educators to deliver evidence-based speech and language services in both Spanish and English. This position focuses on identifying, assessing, and treating communication disorders while supporting student success in academic and social settings.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in both Spanish and English
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students with varying communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication and academic goals
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress monitoring records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
• Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on student response to intervention
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment that values bilingual communication

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or equivalent credential
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Valid Texas State License for Speech-Language Pathologists
• Experience working in school-based settings or educational environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
• Commitment to culturally responsive, equitable speech-language services
• Ability to manage caseloads and maintain accurate clinical documentation
