About the Role

The Class Aide position is fundamental to our Early Head Start program, delivering daily support that ensures every child receives the individualized attention needed to succeed. What You'll Do

• Assist classroom teachers with implementation of Early Head Start curriculum and learning activities
• Provide individual and small-group support to children, including those with disabilities or special needs
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development throughout the school day
• Maintain a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Help facilitate daily transitions, meals, rest periods, and classroom routines
• Communicate with teachers, supervisors, and families regarding child progress and classroom operations
