About the Role
You'll serve as the front-line ambassador for Planet Fitness - Duo Fit, LLC, greeting members and prospects and building relationships that drive loyalty. Working in our Westerville location, you'll handle membership inquiries, process enrollments, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. This role requires flexibility, as you may support multiple franchise locations during peak times or staffing needs.
What You'll Do
- Greet members and prospects with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Answer inquiries about membership plans, amenities, and facility features
- Complete membership applications and enrollment procedures
- Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain facility cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere
- Provide emergency coverage support at other franchise locations as needed
- Uphold company standards and deliver consistent, high-quality service
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work weekends and early mornings through evenings (4 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
- Open, flexible scheduling preferred
- Willingness to travel between franchise locations for coverage support
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced fitness environment
