About the Role

As General Manager, you'll own the strategic and operational success of your entertainment venue. Your day-to-day impact includes:

• Directing all operational functions—guest services, facility management, safety compliance, and revenue optimization
• Building and developing a high-performing team culture that delivers consistent, exceptional guest experiences
• Managing P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to drive profitability
• Ensuring service quality and brand standards align across all areas of your venue
• Programming special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to maximize capacity and engagement
• Cultivating relationships with local community partners and managing guest loyalty
• Maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

You bring proven success managing entertainment or hospitality venues and genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences. Core qualifications include:

• 5+ years of management experience in entertainment venues, hospitality, or similar guest-focused operations
• Strong P&L management and financial planning expertise
• Demonstrated leadership ability and track record developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Experience in bowling, waterpark, or family entertainment center operations preferred
