Server

Flynn Applebee's is seeking a full-time Server for our Edinburgh, Johnson County location. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll deliver hospitality that keeps guests coming back while supporting our restaurant's success every shift.

About the Role

Servers at our Applebee's location are the face of the guest experience—greeting diners, suggesting menu items, taking orders, and ensuring every visit is memorable. You'll work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced restaurant environment where your attention to detail and genuine warmth directly impact guest satisfaction and our business results.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and seat guests, answer questions about menu items, and make personalized recommendations
• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Process payments and handle transactions with attention to accuracy and security
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Support other team members to keep service moving smoothly during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays
• Experience as a server or strong customer service background
• Eagerness to learn our systems and contribute to a positive team culture
