Industrial Painter

ProLogistix is hiring a full-time Industrial Painter for our Blacklick, Franklin County facility. This is a 1st shift position ideal for skilled painters ready to work with large-scale metal fabrication.

About the Role

As an Industrial Painter with ProLogistix, you will specialize in coating large metal structures and frames for industrial applications. Working in our production environment, you'll apply your expertise to ensure quality finishes on substantial metal components while maintaining strict safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Paint large metal frames and structures, including 10-foot components
• Operate with proper safety equipment, including respirators and protective gloves
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply coatings with precision
• Maintain equipment and workspace organization standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production schedules

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Capable of standing, bending, and working actively throughout your full shift
• ANSI-compliant steel-toe boots or shoes (required)
• Comfort working with industrial safety equipment and protocols
• Experience in industrial or commercial painting (preferred)

Position Details

Location: Blacklick, Franklin County, Ohio
Schedule: 1st shift, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour, based on relevant experience
