Production Supervisor Night Shift

About the Role

As Production Supervisor on the night shift, you'll take ownership of shift-level production management within the AM Americas Division. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be the senior operations leader during evening and overnight hours, responsible for ensuring all manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet or exceed output targets and quality specifications
• Oversee equipment operation and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
• Monitor safety compliance and implement practices that protect your team and facilities
• Supervise and develop production crew members, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Track production metrics, materials inventory, and shift performance data
• Communicate proactively with incoming shift leadership and management regarding operational status and any concerns
• Respond to equipment failures and production challenges with quick decision-making and problem-solving
• Maintain detailed production records and shift reports

What We're Looking For

• Supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance fundamentals, and quality control
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work nights and willingness to commit to a full-time, evening/overnight schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional manufacturing or technical training is a plus
