About the Role

As a Shop Technician, you'll be at the core of our remanufacturing operations, working with complex mechanical assemblies and components that demand precision and attention to detail. You'll master the complete lifecycle of component restoration—from initial disassembly through detailed inspection, thorough cleaning, careful preparation, and expert reassembly. This role requires both technical skill and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

What You'll Do

• Disassemble drivetrain assemblies, gearboxes, main shafts, and related components using proper tools and techniques
• Clean and prepare parts to specification, ensuring all surfaces are properly finished and free of contaminants
• Reassemble components with precision, verifying proper fit and function at each stage
• Identify and troubleshoot service issues and repair needs, documenting findings clearly
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment that supports efficient operations
• Perform quality checks to ensure all remanufactured components meet established standards
