Team Assembler II

About the Role

As a Team Assembler II, you'll take on a central role in our manufacturing operations, building precision components and finished products that serve demanding industries. Working at an assembly station, conveyor line, or on the production floor, you'll use a combination of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to fabricate and assemble products with accuracy and care. Your focus will be producing quality assemblies while maintaining safety standards that protect you and your team.

What You'll Do

• Assemble components and subassemblies using appropriate hand and power tools
• Build products including heavy truck components, visors, paddle locks, T-handles, D-rings, ventilation units, and roll-up door systems
• Work at multiple stations—bench assembly, conveyor line production, or floor-level fabrication—based on operational needs
• Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure all work meets quality specifications
• Use specialized equipment and fixtures to achieve precise measurements and fit
• Follow work instructions and process documentation consistently
• Communicate with team leads and supervisors about production issues or questions
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and practice good housekeeping habits

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as an assembler or in a similar manufacturing role
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliability and a consistent attendance record
• Willingness to work in a production environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A focus on workplace safety and adherence to company safety protocols
