About the Role

As a Processing Agent, you'll contribute directly to our commitment to quality and consistency across our manufacturing operations. Working as part of a dedicated production team, you'll help maintain the standards that have earned our in-house brands recognition across dozens of locations nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Support product processing and preparation in accordance with company specifications and regulatory standards
• Perform quality assurance inspections and document findings to ensure product integrity
• Maintain detailed records related to production activities, materials, and inventory
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and product preparation for distribution
• Adhere to all compliance protocols and cannabis industry regulations throughout production workflows
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and timelines
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and dependable work performance
• Comfort following detailed procedures and regulatory requirements
• Basic math and record-keeping abilities
• Physical capacity to stand, walk, and lift as job duties require

• Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background screening required for cannabis industry employment
