Join Selecty Tecnologia as a Consultor Comercial and take ownership of our sales process from initial prospect conversations through contract execution. This is a full-time, in-person position in the US where you'll drive revenue growth by connecting clients with solutions that directly address their business challenges.
About the Role
As a Commercial Consultant at Selecty Tecnologia, you are the bridge between our clients' needs and our solutions. You'll guide prospects through a consultative sales journey, using discovery and analysis to understand their specific pain points, then positioning how we solve their most pressing problems. Your success is measured by revenue targets and the efficiency of your sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Guide prospects through the complete sales cycle, from initial qualification through contract close
- Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand client objectives and challenges
- Present tailored solutions that directly address identified business problems
- Manage and optimize your sales funnel to consistently meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process
- Track and report on sales activity and pipeline metrics
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a consultative or solution-selling environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand complex client needs
- Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
- Experience with sales management tools and pipeline management
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory or accounts
- Fluent English communication
