Laborer

Walsh Group is hiring a full-time Laborer for a construction project in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team working on commercial, industrial, and heavy civil construction projects in the WEGA/Signal Mountain area.

About the Role

As a Laborer with Walsh Group, you'll be a critical part of our construction team, performing essential tasks that keep projects running safely and efficiently. This full-time position offers hands-on work in the Chattanooga construction industry, where your contributions directly impact project success.

What You'll Do

• Perform general construction labor tasks on active jobsites, including site preparation and cleanup
• Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors
• Assist crew members with material handling, setup, and demolition work
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all site safety protocols
• Execute additional duties as assigned by project supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to perform demanding manual labor in outdoor construction environments
• Willingness to operate basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a construction team
• Commitment to workplace safety and attending required safety training
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
