Rogue Industrial Group seeks a dedicated, independent Lease Operator for full-time work in Carlsbad, Eddy County, supporting production operations across the Delaware Basin. This field-based position offers the opportunity to work with minimal direct supervision while maintaining critical equipment and systems essential to daily operations.
About the Role
As a Lease Operator, you'll take ownership of production asset maintenance and operational troubleshooting in a dynamic field environment. You'll perform equipment inspections, diagnose mechanical issues, execute routine maintenance tasks, and communicate operational status to your supervisor. The position values independent judgment, mechanical problem-solving, and the ability to work reliably across variable field conditions.
What You'll Do
- Inspect, operate, and maintain production equipment and associated systems
- Identify equipment malfunctions and execute troubleshooting procedures
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and operational adjustments
- Record operational data and report production status to the area Foreman
- Coordinate with field personnel to ensure safe, efficient site operations
- Work independently with minimal direct oversight while maintaining safety and quality standards
