Southeastern Freight Lines is now hiring a Customer Service Administrator 1 for our Service Center in Austell, Cobb County. This part-time position welcomes organized professionals who excel in fast-paced operations and customer interaction.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Administrator 1, you'll support the daily operations of our busy Service Center. You'll manage diverse administrative responsibilities across multiple departments, serving as a key member of our operational team while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Scan and process freight documentation using our scanning equipment to maintain accurate billing and tracking records
- Coordinate driver arrivals and manage check-in procedures at the facility
- Serve as receptionist, greeting visitors and directing inquiries to appropriate departments
- Handle point-of-sale and cashier functions as operational needs require
- Oversee Gate Office duties, including access control and vehicle flow management
- Maintain organized records and provide data entry support for Service Center operations
- Support facility operations with additional administrative tasks as assigned
