About the Role
As a Seasonal Stock Associate in West Miami, you'll be essential to our store's success. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining a well-organized inventory. You'll work closely with our retail team to meet seasonal demand while keeping merchandise displays sharp and accessible to customers.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
- Stock shelves and displays with attention to visual merchandising standards
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Organize and maintain stockroom and storage areas for efficient operations
- Pull and restock high-demand products to support sales floor needs
- Process inventory transfers and returns following company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
What We're Looking For
- Ability to regularly lift and move merchandise (up to 50+ pounds)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Organized approach to managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to following procedures
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Prior retail, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexibly during seasonal peaks
