About the Role

As the Alterations Customer Service Representative, you are the primary point of contact between our customers and our skilled alteration team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you manage the complete customer experience for alterations services—from initial consultation through final delivery. You'll be the face of our Alterations department, ensuring every customer interaction reflects Davids Bridal's commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess their alteration needs with professionalism and expertise
• Document alteration requests accurately, including measurements, design preferences, and delivery timelines
• Explain alteration services, timeframes, and costs clearly to help customers make informed decisions
• Schedule fittings and coordinate with the alterations team to ensure smooth workflow
• Process payments and maintain organized customer records
• Address customer questions and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction with services and results
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery readiness
