What You'll Do
- Engage with customers on the showroom floor to understand their sleep needs and recommend suitable mattresses
- Build product knowledge and confidently discuss features, materials, and options available
- Follow up on customer orders and address inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with customer service, warehouse operations, and other departments to resolve merchandise-related issues
- Work at an organizational level to streamline processes and improve the customer experience
- Maintain a well-organized showroom and assist with merchandising displays
