About the Role

As a Lead Sales Associate at our Tylertown store, you'll play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence. You'll work alongside our team to ensure customers find what they're looking for and leave satisfied with their purchases.

What You'll Do

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers throughout the store
• Maintain product displays, shelving, and store appearance
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and organization
• Support opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle cash and payment processing with accuracy
• Train and mentor newer team members as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
