About the Role

As an Automotive Assistant & Service Manager with Mavis Tire Supply, you'll oversee daily service center operations, manage customer relationships, and supervise technical staff at one of our retail locations. What You'll Do

• Coordinate automotive service workflows, including tire installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Lead and mentor service technicians and support staff to ensure quality workmanship
• Manage customer interactions from intake through service completion and follow-up
• Monitor inventory of tires, parts, and service supplies
• Maintain service center compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
• Assist with sales of tires and automotive products while promoting customer satisfaction
