Driven Brands is seeking an Oil Change Shop Manager for our Take 5 Oil Change location at 12782 SW 8th St in Miami, Florida, Florida. This full-time opportunity will have you leading operations at Shop 884, where we've delivered over 35 years of fast, reliable oil change service to customers throughout the Miami area.

About the Role

As Shop Manager, you'll oversee all operations at this busy Miami service center. You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding the operational standards that define Take 5's reputation in the community.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise technicians and support staff to meet performance targets and service standards
• Manage daily scheduling, staff assignments, and workflow coordination
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supply chain for oil change operations
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations
• Train team members on oil change procedures, customer service excellence, and safety practices
• Monitor financial performance including cash handling, expense tracking, and revenue metrics
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences—we keep customers in their vehicles while our technicians work efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain shop cleanliness, equipment functionality, and facility upkeep
