About the Role

As a CDL-A Truck Driver Trainee, you'll operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently while supporting the distribution of products for major brands across the country. This is a full-time position where you'll gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced mentors, learning to navigate the responsibilities and rewards of professional trucking. You'll work as part of a team committed to on-time delivery and industry-leading service standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial trucks in compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations and company policies
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper maintenance
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
• Load, transport, and unload cargo safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatchers
• Follow established safety protocols to protect yourself, your cargo, and others on the road
• Complete ongoing training to build advanced driving skills and industry knowledge

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license or ability to obtain one
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Pass background check and medical clearance
