About the Role
The Strategy and Operations Lead for gTech GTM is a mid-level leadership position that combines strategic planning with operational oversight. You'll own key initiatives impacting how we serve our most strategic customers. In this role, you'll develop deeper expertise in your domain, mentor junior team members, and help drive organizational progress on high-impact challenges.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with Google's go-to-market objectives and business priorities
- Identify and solve operational challenges that affect team effectiveness and customer outcomes
- Conduct analysis of market and performance data to inform strategic decision-making
