Sidetrade is hiring a Vice President of Demand Generation to direct our revenue acceleration strategy across the United States. In this full-time role, you'll architect and execute a comprehensive demand generation program that builds market presence, generates qualified pipeline, and enables our sales organization to meet aggressive growth targets.
About the Role
As VP of Demand Generation, you'll take ownership of every element of our customer acquisition engine—from initial market awareness through sales-ready lead generation. You'll develop strategy, allocate resources, oversee campaign execution, and measure performance across all channels and tactics. This role reports directly to senior leadership and partners closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure demand generation programs directly support business objectives in North America and European markets.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead the complete demand generation strategy, including target account selection, market positioning, and go-to-market programs
- Manage the full funnel from awareness through qualified opportunity creation, optimizing conversion at each stage
- Build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team, establishing processes, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Set and track demand generation metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI across campaigns and channels
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align on lead quality standards, volume targets, and sales enablement needs
- Oversee budget allocation, vendor management, and technology stack optimization for maximum efficiency and impact
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of demand generation experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or VP-level role
- Proven track record building demand generation functions, scaling pipeline, and meeting growth targets
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing—digital, account-based marketing, content, events, and partnerships
- Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and analytics/reporting tools
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with excellent communication skills
- Strategic mindset balanced with execution excellence and attention to detail
