HR Assistant I

This entry-level HR support position is based in Louisville and operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At $14.90 per hour, you'll work directly with our HR team to manage day-to-day operations across multiple functional areas, from hiring to benefits administration and everything in between. What You'll Do

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting positions, reviewing applications, and coordinating interview schedules
• Maintain and organize personnel records and documentation in compliance with company policies
• Support employee relations by handling routine inquiries and escalating complex matters appropriately
• Contribute to compensation and benefits administration tasks
• Help coordinate training programs and organizational development initiatives
• Provide administrative support for job evaluations and related assessments
• Process routine HR paperwork and maintain filing systems
