About the Role

What You'll Do
- Manage all operational functions and budgetary performance to drive profitability and site efficiency
- Lead and develop Operations and Area Managers, providing coaching and mentoring to build capable, engaged teams
- Set and monitor performance targets across safety, quality, and productivity metrics
- Identify operational improvements and drive implementation of new processes and systems
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align strategy and execute business priorities
- Foster a high-performance environment where team members are developed and promoted from within

- Proven experience managing large-scale operations, fulfillment, or logistics environments
- Demonstrated success building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing significant budgets and P&L responsibility
