Stepful, a leader in making healthcare training accessible and affordable, is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for our Career Coaching programs in New York City. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to shape how we scale learner success across our thriving career coaching division.
About the Role
As Senior Operations Manager for Career Coaching at Stepful, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, process optimization, and team coordination that keep our programs running smoothly. You'll partner with instructors, learners, and internal teams to ensure every student has the support they need to transition into high-demand healthcare careers. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations and workflows for career coaching programs, ensuring quality delivery and learner satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination across instructor and support staff
- Monitor program metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement operational improvements
- Serve as a liaison between learners, instructors, and leadership to resolve issues and optimize the student experience
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for program delivery and customer success
- Contribute to training initiatives and support continuous improvement across the career coaching division
- Track program performance data and provide regular reporting to leadership
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of operations, program management, or team leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and process improvement skills
- Experience working in education, training, healthcare, or a similarly regulated environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Comfort with data analysis, metrics tracking, and reporting tools
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
