Genesis Health Clubs is hiring a part-time Lifeguard for our Timnath, Larimer County facility. In this role, you'll be a cornerstone of our aquatics team, ensuring every member enjoys a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment while maintaining the highest standards of water safety.

About the Role

As a Lifeguard at Genesis Health Clubs, you'll work within our aquatics department, reporting to the head lifeguard and aquatics manager. You'll collaborate with our lifeguard team daily to monitor the pool, maintain cleanliness standards, and respond immediately to member needs with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

• Monitor the pool area continuously to ensure member safety and enforce aquatics policies
• Provide immediate assistance, rescue, or emergency care to members following established safety protocols
• Maintain pool cleanliness and equipment according to health and safety standards
• Coordinate with the lifeguard team and aquatics manager to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to member questions and create a welcoming atmosphere for all swimmers
• Stay alert and maintain situational awareness throughout each shift
