About the Role

As an Internal Service Advisor at Camping World, you're the bridge between our sales and service departments. You'll oversee the complete delivery experience for both new and pre-owned RVs, coordinating preparation, logistics, and customer handoff. Your focus is on making every interaction professional, thorough, and memorable—turning the excitement of an RV purchase into a seamless, well-executed experience.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate RV preparation and delivery logistics to meet customer timelines and expectations
• Communicate regularly with sales, service, and customers to ensure alignment and prevent delays
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and walkthroughs to verify quality standards
• Document delivery details and resolve any issues that arise before handoff
• Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and delivery milestones
• Support customers with orientation to their new RV's features and systems
• Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
