Forest River is seeking a full-time Warranty Manager to lead warranty operations and customer support for our Middlebury, Elkhart County division. In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for dealers and end consumers, managing the complete lifecycle of warranty claims, service approvals, and technical guidance.
About the Role
As Warranty Manager, you'll oversee warranty administration, parts coordination, and customer service operations across your assigned business unit. This is a hands-on position that combines strategic oversight with direct customer interaction—working to resolve issues quickly while protecting company interests.
What You'll Do
- Administer warranty claims, approvals, and technical guidance for dealers and retail customers
- Handle inquiries and service requests via phone and email with prompt, professional responses
- Coordinate service and parts logistics across the division
- Review and approve warranty authorizations based on policy and product specifications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting advice to customers and dealer networks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all warranty transactions
- Collaborate with product, service, and sales teams to improve customer satisfaction
