About the Role

As Lead Customer Service Rep at Sharecare, you'll combine hands-on customer support expertise with team leadership. You'll own the customer experience across multiple channels, mentor your team to deliver exceptional service, and ensure every interaction reinforces Sharecare's commitment to making health simpler and more accessible for patients, providers, employers, and health plans across the country.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a customer service team, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of excellence and empathy
  • Handle complex customer inquiries related to digital health services, account management, and platform functionality
  • Resolve escalated issues and serve as the point person for difficult or sensitive customer situations
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience and streamline service delivery
  • Document customer interactions and identify trends to inform process improvements
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Sharecare's products, services, and customer health journeys

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex healthcare or technology concepts clearly
  • Patience, empathy, and genuine commitment to helping customers succeed
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer service software, ticketing systems, or similar tools
  • Leadership capabilities: ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
  • Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or health technology preferred but not required
