About the Role
As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking to schedule medical appointments. This position supports our clinic operations by managing the complete registration and scheduling process while maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality essential in healthcare. You'll report to the Call Center Manager and work to ensure every patient interaction reflects our commitment to quality care.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate ambulatory outpatient visits with accuracy and professionalism
- Complete patient registration, collecting necessary demographic and contact information
- Gather and verify insurance information to ensure proper coverage and billing
- Obtain relevant clinical details during scheduling to support patient preparation
- Explain pre-visit requirements and guide patients through necessary preparation procedures
- Maintain organized, accurate records while adhering to healthcare data protocols
- Address patient inquiries professionally and resolve scheduling concerns with care
