Centennial Heart
Centennial Heart is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver excellent patient care in our Nashville, Davidson County location. This is a Monday through Friday, daytime position with no overnight shifts, on-call duties, weekend coverage, or holiday work.

What You'll Do
- Assess and monitor patient health status, vital signs, and medical conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and care plans as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, quality patient care
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate compassionately with patients and families about care and treatment options
- Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns throughout your shift
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic patient care environment
What We're Looking For
- Current RN licensure in Tennessee
- Strong clinical nursing skills and patient care experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
- Professional demeanor and genuine passion for nursing
