What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify patient strengths, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving activities of daily living, mobility, and community reintegration
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including fine and gross motor skills training, cognitive rehabilitation, and adaptive equipment training
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nursing staff to coordinate integrated care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home safety modifications
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and document outcomes thoroughly
• Prepare discharge recommendations and community resources to support continued independence

What We're Looking For

• Current OTR/L license in Georgia or unrestricted license eligibility
• Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
