Huntington National Bank is hiring a Broker Dealer Ops Analyst 2 for our Grandview Heights office, working within Huntington Securities, Inc. This full-time position supports institutional broker dealer operations through client onboarding, account management, and asset movement coordination in a dynamic team environment.
About the Role
As a Broker Dealer Ops Analyst 2, you'll be integral to Huntington Securities' institutional operations, managing key aspects of the client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing account servicing. You'll handle the detailed work that keeps our institutional relationships running smoothly, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and responsiveness in all broker dealer operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage client onboarding for institutional accounts, handling documentation, setup, and compliance requirements
- Process asset movements and coordinate account transfers with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain institutional accounts and respond to client requests throughout the account lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to broker dealer regulations and Huntington's operational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency and service excellence
- Maintain complete and accurate records of accounts, transactions, and client interactions
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of broker dealer operations and institutional client management
- Experience with account opening, asset movement, and account maintenance processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
