What You'll Do

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns in compliance with current regulations
• Conduct tax research to identify deductions, credits, and planning strategies for clients
• Develop year-round tax projections and proactive tax strategies
• Contribute to comprehensive tax planning initiatives across multiple industries
• Work collaboratively with firm partners and clients to deliver timely, accurate results

What We're Looking For

• Current or pending CPA license, or equivalent accounting credentials with demonstrated tax experience
• Proficiency with tax software platforms and accounting systems
• Solid foundation in federal and state tax law and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional approach to client service and team collaboration
